My Bio
I grew up, like many midwestern kids, with a good set of values. My parents weren't perfect, but I was blessed with a loving family, a belief in God, and a strong work ethic.
Educationally, I received a Bachelor's degree from BYU and a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Utah. My career has been enriched with increasingly responsible HR positions in public and higher education. Most recently, I've trained and mentored young leaders for their future roles in the biomedical industry. I have thoroughly enjoyed this work.
I love to read , not to accumulate knowledge, but to apply valuable life lessons from some of the world's most respected authors. Over the last several years, I've become increasingly passionate about helping others reach their maximum potential, especially in the areas of servant leadership and teamwork. I firmly believe that no one can rise to prominence in business or life without these essential skills. The last great frontier of human achievement is developing our untapped capabilities .
